Three writes, each safe to repeat: the download skill at <folder>/.claude/skills/pocket-download/SKILL.md, so conversations there can offer you files and show you pictures; this box's handoff at ~/pocket/HANDOFF.md, its facts rendered; and one line at the end of <folder>/HANDOFF.md saying where that is (the file is created if there is none). In a git repository the new files show up untracked.
